Whit Albrecht

Whit has spent over a decade working in executive search. Since 2014, he has spent over a decade running senior-level searches across investment banking, private equity, and energy, with deep domain expertise in the lower 48 oil and gas market, particularly CFO and senior finance searches. Whit has deep sector fluency and a network grounded in long-term relationships rather than transactional outreach. His focus is mid to senior-level placements where sector knowledge and relationship access matter more than process.

He holds an MBA in Energy Finance from SMU Cox School of Business and a BA in Communication from the University of Texas at Austin.
